We do our best to make sure that all product descriptions, images, colours and measurements on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Our crochet kits are designed as craft projects and may contain small parts. Please follow the instructions included with your kit and supervise children where appropriate.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email confirming that we've received your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product description error, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you'll receive a full refund.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).
The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
We aim to ensure all pricing information is accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, contact you before fulfilling your order.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the UK only.
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours and standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Standard UK delivery is £4.50, with free delivery on orders over £40.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you purchase from us online, you have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
Generally, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory consumer rights.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your product is faulty, damaged, incomplete or not as described, please contact us at:
