We want your Thread & Fern kit to arrive safely and quickly, ready for you to start stitching.
UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery across the UK.
Standard Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
Delivery Costs
- Standard UK Delivery: £4.50
- Free UK Delivery: On orders over £40
Delivery costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
International Delivery
We do not currently ship anywhere other than the UK.
Where's My Order?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, don't worry.
First, check your dispatch email for tracking information. If that doesn't solve your issue, please get in touch with us at customer.services@threadandfern.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.
Please allow the full estimated delivery period to pass before contacting us, as delivery times can occasionally vary.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully package every order, but if your kit arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Send us an email at customer.servics@threadandfern.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll work with you to put things right.
A Little Note About Delivery
Once your order has been handed over to the delivery service, delays can occasionally happen that are outside our control. We'll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
